Charming 2-bedroom cottage directly on the bay of Sturgeon Bay

Your cozy getaway awaits at this original Door County cottage situated between Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor. This secluded property is directly on the shores of Sturgeon Bay..

It has two bedrooms upstairs....,,one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds. The beds have new mattresses. Both bedrooms have window a/c units.

Downstairs is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and entry way. Original hardwood floors contribute to the character of the cottage.

The rent is $3,900 per month with a 30 day minimum. In addition there is a $145 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit. A maximum of four persons are allowed to stay overnight. We can provide special pricing for stays of 60 days or more.

Included with the rent is electricity, water, trash removal and lawn care. Please note there is no washer and dryer in the cottage. However, there are facilities nearby in Sturgeon Bay.

This is probably the lowest priced waterfront cottage in Door County. It is peaceful and relaxing with no neighbors in sight. Enjoy all that Sturgeon Bay has to offer when you stay at our place.
