Welcome to wonderful Sandpiper Beach (SPB) 205! This beach-front, top floor luxury condo features two bedrooms, two full baths, spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom and screened lanai. SPB is tucked away off the main roads in a low-density (27 units) secluded community that’s situated mid-island on beautiful Sanibel Island, near all the bike/walking paths and local restaurants!

You’ll be sure to feel relaxed on the private beach with one of the largest sandy areas along Sanibel’s shoreline. However, just a short drive up the road you will find shopping, restaurants, and the J. N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge where you can kayak and explore the natural wonders of southwest Florida.

CONDO FEATURES
Sandpiper Beach 205 is a lovely walk-up condo with an interior crafted by one of the area’s best custom builders with all the comforts of home. The new owners take great pride in their vacation home and have recently stocked it with a fully supplied kitchen, upgraded technology hubs, and private first-floor storage closet with new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach wagon and cooler, and a 4-piece pickleball set!

When you’re not enjoying the outdoor life, SPB 205 offers three smart TVs with basic cable and dedicated WIFI. There is an in-unit washer/dryer yet upon your arrival, the condo will be prepared with fully stocked linens along with starter kitchen & bath supplies. Strict cleaning procedures are followed to ensure a pleasant stay.

There are many ways to enjoy this community: the beach or heated pool, a game of tennis, pickleball, or shuffleboard, or even enjoy a picnic at the BBQ grills. Want some alone time? Tuck yourself away in this upscale abode with a good book or movie while enjoying the sparkling views around you.

Looking for an extended stay? Guests are welcome to book four weeks or more at a discount for a true get-a-way experience. It’s highly recommended to reserve your return stay before you leave to secure the dates you want.

** Sandpiper complex does not have elevators but if you need help bringing up your luggage to the second floor, please call us in advance to make arrangements. For your convenience, the owners have provided a luggage/grocery stair climber to easily facilitate bringing your items to your condo. Stop by the parking-level storage closet to use the stair climber upon your arrival.
