Perfect house and location for our family!!!

House is large enough for a large group where you are not falling over each other... all the beach amenities were great and just a short walk to the beach! We loved it!!!

Great place, location!

Everything worked out great - nice place, with lots of bedrooms and perfect large kitchen/dining/living area for a group (we were 9). Note that there was only 1 bed in BR1 (not 2 as listed) and there were no pillows/blankets - possibly due to Covid but this was not indicated.

A perfect stay for large group of family or friends

I stayed here with my children, two sets of parents, sister and her children. It has 6 bedrooms of various sizes with 3 queens and 3 full beds. It was about 1/2 mile from Scarborough beach in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a property manager who manages all communication. The coffee maker was broken and they replaced it almost immediately. There were ac's in every room, an outdoor shower and lots of tv steaming options. Would definitely consider it again. Everyone had a great time.

Great location

Loved the location! Close to stores and beach! House was clean and had plenty of room for large family. Extras like beach chairs and laundry facilities were appreciated. Lots of trash receptacles and plenty of parking. Renovations have been made and are quite nice. The kitchen and living room are perfect for family time. Somethings still need some attention,( gate on deck and iron railings on steps.) Could use another set of silverware and privacy for the outdoor shower would be terrific. All in all a good rental. We would return if we came with big group again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay overall at this property. The location is less than 1 mile to the beach which was wonderful, and the property is on a spacious lot. The house is newly renovated with very nice finishes. A few side notes - there are only 2 actual bathrooms, and the 3rd is just an open outdoor shower with no covering. Many of the door jams and closets were not updated when the renovation happened, so there were nails sticking out in a few places, also leaving gaps between the floor and the wall around the edges of the closets. The property manager takes a very long time to respond via this website, so it may be wise to just call the property owner directly instead of waiting for a response through VRBO. Overall, we had a great stay and are likely to come back to Narragansett next year.

Great location and family friendly

We enjoyed our stay and the house was nice. We had a few issues such as the comforter on our bed was pretty wet when we arrived - it smelled clean so we put it in the dryer. Thank goodness I checked when we got there or else we wouldn't have had a blanket on our bed. Also the smoke detectors when off at 4am so we had to go buy batteries and replace several of them. One of the smoke detectors was completely off when we arrived which I would have expected them to replace before us staying there and would have been nice of them to replace batteries in all of them! I had read the reviews so I know the silverware was minimal (yes 3 spoons for a 6 bedroom house) so we brought a set and left it in the hopes of making the next person's stay even better. All around good stay. We didnt attempt to communicate with the property manager but the real estate agency who had the keys seemed very nice. Can't beat the proximity to Scarborough beach while having a neighborhood feel.
