Your home away from home in Santa Monica with 2 bedrooms including Master featuring Queen Tempur Pedic mattress and second bedroom featuring daybed for one that also folds out into King bed for two with Tempur Pedic mattress topper. This enchanting condo in well kept building is mostly occupied by friendly owners and is walking distance to the beach, the 3rd St Promenade and Montana Ave shops and restaurants. Also offers 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower in each and amenities like washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, AC and heating units in all rooms as well as a small private balcony off living room with chairs and table to catch morning sunlight.. The comfortable West Elm sofa in living room can also be used as a twin bed if needed! Parking for one car in garage, along with two ladies’ bikes and tire pump.

Why they chose this property

I’ve always loved this part of Santa Monica, quieter and safer than the more crowded touristy areas south but close enough to all of it when you want to enjoy that vibe. Food, music, hikes, beach walks are available, as well as a movie on the 3rd St promenade only 5 blocks away!

What makes this property unique

Palm trees sway along both sides of my street and you can start your morning breathing in the ocean air and walking 3 blocks to Starbucks or Primo Passo if you’re fussy about coffee. Inside my place it is quiet and classy with big TV, comfy West Elm couch and pop-up coffee table i use every day as a desk or dining table!
