I am originally from the Finger Lakes area of NY and can tell you first hand how amazing this area is for both activites and for relaxation. Want to do a wine trail? We have that, Want to ski in the winter, we have that too. Looking for a lake to jet ski or boat - look no farther than Skaneatles or Cayuga Lakes - both within a 30 minute drive.
Why they chose this property
We love the Homer area as it is quiet and private but we are close to Cortland, Ithaca, and Syracuse giving us options for all kinds of adventures including shopping and dining.
What makes this property unique
I have never know anyone with an indoor pool before we purchased this house. We have done much work to make this the party house for our family. You'll find everything from a slushie machine to board games, to the indoor pool and hot tub. Be sure to read all about what is included and reach out with any questions.
