Guests have access to the entire cabin and property.

No Parties:
– Noise and music travel further in mountain settings. Please be mindful of neighbors.
– Excessive noise may result in removal from property without refund.
Security Camera:
– One motion-detecting camera is located outside on the eave of the front of the house and records driveway activity.
Minimum Age:
– Guests must be 25+, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pet Policy:
– $130 fee per reservation
– Maximum of 2 dogs under 30 pounds
– No cats or other animals
– Dogs must be crated when left alone and supervised outdoors
– Clean up after your pets
– Any damages or excessive cleaning due to pets will incur additional charges
