There is no better location in Santa Barbara for walking distances to everything. Park your car in the garage and walk or bike (we provide bikes) to West Beach, the Funk Zone (wineries/breweries and live music), Stearn's Wharf and the waterfront shuttle, the Santa Barbara Harbor and Maritime Museum and dozens of restaurants and bars (some main attractions are pointed out on a map in the pictures above). Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cruiser bikes are provided, standup paddle boards upon request!

This upscale modern condominium is being completely furnished and no expense has been spared to provide an wonderful Santa Barbara beach vacation. There is a one car garage, but if you prefer not to bring a car, the home is within walking distance of the train station.

This 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo/townhouse is located in the heart of the Santa Barbara waterfront district. It is part of a luxurious five-unit development that was recognized as "Project of the Year" by the National Association of Homebuilders. The condo boasts 2 levels, with the deluxe master bedroom bathroom/patio situated on the first level, and the living room/kitchen, half bath and another view patio on the top level. Enjoy the quiet luxury of a unit where no one is above or below you.

The high vaulted ceilings make the upstairs living room and kitchen area seem enormous. Great place to have a cozy take out meal or cook in the full size kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts stainless steel Energy Star appliances by Electrolux. The unit meets all the requirements of a LEED certified Platinum Level and is three star Built Green Certified. In addition, the condo is Built Green and is environmentally friendly--from the landscape designed to reduce the excessive water usage, all the way up to the cross ventilation from the strategically placed windows. Please note, radiant heat flooring which provides warmth and comfort without forced air heating which can spread dust and recycled air.

Outstanding!

This was such an awesome place to stay. Totally walkable to all the spots - the Funk Zone, beach, marina, State Street. Kathryn could not have been nicer and more helpful. The property is so nicely decorated and well appointed. Totally clean and comfortable. Will hope to stay again next time we are in SB! Thank you Kathryn!

A wonderful Santa Barbara villa

A wonderful Santa Barbara villa with many amenities, close to the beach and the shops and restaurants on State Street. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with a lovely patio and balcony. It was the perfect home away from home and the host was most helpful and responsive.

Perfect Place

Great location to beach and downtown and very quiet. Having our coffee and breakfast on the balcony is a perfect way to start our day! We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit.

When we are not working hard to accommodate our clients, we enjoy long beach walks, hiking, biking, surfing, snow skiing and watching the sunset!

BEST LOCATION hands down in Santa Barbara!

Our guests can walk and bike to everything. Santa Barbara has fantastic bike paths and Villa Azul is 3 blocks to the beach, restaurants, Funk Zone, Wharf, Harbor and State Street. Our condo is located in a small quiet complex and the owners are nearby if you have any last minute needs or suggestions.
Nearby you will find boat/kayak rentals, harbor cruise on the Lil Toot, wine tasting, downtown shuttle, train station and owners that are happy to help you make a fun itinery.
