I grew up in Southern MD, joined the Air Force and traveled the world for 21 years with my Air Force husband and 3 kids. We settled in Charleston in 2005. After living in Europe for 12 years, I love to travel and make memories with my kids and 4 grandkids. I love staying in STR homes along the way. I want to provide the same experience to my guests, don't be shy, always ask for recommendations or local spots. Enjoy the adventure called life.
Why they chose this property
I want to provide a service for myself and my community. There are no hotels from I-95 to West Ashley. When we have friends and family visit, we have to recommend they stay farther away. I want to make a quiet, peaceful retreat for travelers to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist city. Go into town and enjoy the day, then return to Respite Cove for relaxing and peaceful escape.
What makes this property unique
Located at the end of three dead end roads, Respite Cove is where you have a peaceful and relaxing hideaway. You can watch the fish jump in the river, enjoy the local ducks play in the water, and exhale into nature. Read a book by the water, enjoy an evening dinner at the picnic table and then relax with a drink by the fire as the sun goes down.
