Guest access
The guests must register first to have access to the building.

The host will ask for the names of the guests; unregistered guests will not be allowed in the building.

Sauna Access - this has to be requested 3 days ahead and must be approved first by the admin. No approval, no access.

Parking Access - this has to be arranged first before securing a slot for your stay. This is a pay-per-night parking.
Other things to note
- Check-in: 2PM | Check-out: 11AM
- Keycard and key replacement is Php 1500 if you'll lose it
- No pets allowed (Fine Php1000)
- No smoking anywhere in the building (Fine Php1000)
- Don't move the furniture
- Observe quiet time (10pm to 8am)
- No parties
- Damages to the property will be charged to the guest's account
- Must register with the guards/admin at the ground floor before checking-in
- Guest names should be forwarded to the host at least a day before check-in date to facilitate the registration with the building admin. A copy of the main guest's ID is required.
