Just 100 yards from the Caribbean with world class restaurants literally 1 minute walking distance, this unique yet basic property features a signature 2 story deck overlooking the water and the inland, with a 360 degree view, steps to swimming and snorkeling, and away from the tourist areas! The apartment house features cold air, hot water shower (most Aruba homes don’t) outdoor kitchen, gas grill, screened in deck porch, 2 refrigerators, cooking burners, nearby outdoor gym equipment, large garden with various exotic birds, lizards, and the amazing sunsets and stars as you gaze up from the beautiful outdoor elevated deck! Steep stairs not recommended for children, but a wonderful couples base to go all around this incredible island!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all towels and linens in a pile on the rug. Turn off air. Unplug fridge in unit, and unplug fridge in outdoor kitchen. Wash and put back dishes. Throw out used food in fridge.
Empty all garbage in 350 bin in front of house. Close and latch driveway gate. Thanks!
