Huge 5,900 sq/ft house, 20 beds, with incredible views and only minutes to ski lifts, snow boarding, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing. Was permitted for 35 people occupancy, but new county code in 2018 permits maximum occupancy of 20 people regardless of the house size. Bedroom configuration:
TOP FLOOR (ground/main level):
a. One bedroom with King bed
b. One bedroom with two queen beds and one twin bed
LOWER FLOOR:
c. One bedroom with two queen beds and two twin beds
d. One bedroom with one queen bed and two twin beds

80th Birthday celebration

12 adults and 5 kids enjoyed every bit of the space and the view! As we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. Great Family Time!

Amazing stay

Such a beautiful house the pictures are just like what you see online . There Was so much to do with all the games they had available I would definitely stay again .

Great venue for 15+ group

The place had incredible view. It was clean, close to Lake Arrowhead, plenty of room for anything. I would go back.

perfect for our bible study group

11 guys that are in a mens group from our church spent the week end praying. perfect location, game room was fun, bedrooms worked out, one of the guys wants to hold his family reunion, I am going to recommend to others small group at our church
