Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. As per the Building Parking Policy, large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in.
Examples of vehicles that will not be permitted include:
1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes
2. Oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles designed for 10+ passengers, or any vehicle exceeding the 6'8" height limit
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, storage lockers, or attached containers—these pose maneuverability risks in the garage
4. Lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires
5. Motorcycles or tricycles without car-style control systems
Pets are welcome based on size, but you must notify us in advance if you plan to bring one to avoid cancellation. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies per pet:
* 1–4 night stays: \$25 per night, per pet
* 5–29 night stays: \$200 per pet
* 30+ night stays: \$300 per pet
Please note that we are not responsible for any maintenance or repairs related to the building.
All guests must complete a mandatory verification process before check-in. To meet legal and security requirements, you may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, verify contact details, complete our screening portal, and in some cases, undergo a background check. This information is strictly for verification purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.
Additionally, a signed rental agreement is required for all stays. By booking, you agree to the following:
* Comply with our rental terms and conditions
* Provide valid photo ID before check-in
* Complete a background check if requested by management
* Finish the verification process to receive check-in details
All required documents must be submitted within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Bookings that do not meet these verification standards may be canceled.
**Note:** For safety and security, hallway surveillance cameras are in use, and a Minut device is installed inside the unit to monitor noise levels.
