**What You'll Love:**
* **Bedroom / Living Space:** Designed with a keen eye for detail, the interiors offer a welcoming and charming atmosphere. The second bedroom is cleverly integrated into the living space and separated by oversized curtains for added privacy.
* **Sleeping Arrangements:** Sleeps up to 16 guests with 8 total beds, including full-size bunk beds, queen beds, a king bed, and a sofa bed. A 4K Smart TV with Netflix provides top-notch entertainment. The second bedroom is partitioned with large curtains in the living room.
* **Kitchen & Dining:** Whip up meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all essential cooking utensils.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Per the Building Parking Policy, large or non-compliant vehicles will be denied entry at check-in.
**Vehicles that will be turned away include (but are not limited to):**
1. Vehicles with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe modifications, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, or those seating 10+ passengers, as well as any vehicle exceeding the height limit of 6’8”.
3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheelbases, external lockers, or containers (unsafe for garage navigation).
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or oversized custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or three-wheelers that do not have standard car-style controls.
**Pet Policy:**
Pets are allowed based on size and prior approval is required. Failure to disclose pet information may result in cancellation. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies:
* **1–4 nights:** \$25 per night, per pet
* **5–29 nights:** \$200 per pet
* **30+ nights:** \$300 per pet
**Please note:** The host is not responsible for any building-related maintenance or repairs.
**Guest Verification is Required Before Check-In:**
To meet legal and safety standards, all guests must complete an identity verification process. This may include:
* Submitting a valid government-issued photo ID
* Verifying contact information
* Completing our secure verification portal
* Undergoing a background check, if required by property management
All information collected is used strictly for verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.
**Rental Agreement:**
All guests must sign a rental agreement as part of the booking process. By reserving, you agree to:
* Comply with all rental terms and conditions
* Provide valid ID prior to check-in
* Complete the verification process
* Undergo a background check if necessary
Required documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day reservations). We reserve the right to cancel bookings that fail to meet verification requirements.
**Security Notice:**
Hallways are monitored by surveillance cameras for safety. Additionally, a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels, helping to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
