Please be aware of the following important policies related to parking, pets, guest verification, and security to ensure a smooth and safe stay:
Parking Guidelines
Oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. In line with the Building Parking Policy, any non-compliant vehicles will be denied entry at check-in. The following types of vehicles are **not allowed**:
1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, unsafe or makeshift controls, or faulty brakes
2. Oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, 10+ passenger vehicles, or those taller than 6'8"
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles that are too wide to fit safely in the garage
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or oversized custom wheels and tires
5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking standard car-style controls
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with prior approval, depending on size. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, or your reservation may be canceled. A cleaning fee will be charged based on the duration of your stay:
* $25 per night** for stays of 1–4 nights
* $200 per pet** for stays of 5–29 nights
* $300 per pet** for stays of 30+ nights

Please note that we are not responsible for maintenance or repairs in common areas of the building.
Guest Verification Requirements
All guests must complete a verification process prior to check-in, which may include:
* Providing a valid government-issued photo ID
* Verifying contact information
* Completing identity verification
* Undergoing a background check if required by property management

Rental Agreement & Deadlines

* Hallways are monitored by surveillance cameras
* A **Minut device** is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels (no audio is recorded)
