We purchased our first weekend home in the area in 2004. Our family loves this community, fishing the flats and enjoying watersports in the Gulf.

We love the wildlife and sealife the Nature Coast of Florida offers our family. This home is in a private and very serene coastal community with minimal traffic other than residents. The only other place to reach from this community is the Gulf of Mexico.
This home provides comfort, enjoyment, healthy living, and a safe community for family stay. We are just a call or text away to support your needs and concerns.
This home is located in a community of many winter families that reside here... our neighbors from the North! This is a relaxing private community for Professionals, Retires and Family Friendly. Make it a pleasant experience at your home away from home. As homeowners, we are located 1 hour away in Tampa and care for our private homes and families that come to stay here.
