Great location close to everything. Restaurants, Bars, Canadian Tire
My family and I had a great 6 week stay. Everything is within a 5-10 minute walking distance. Nice heated & secured underground parking. Decent gym located on the main floor. Well stocked with everything you would require to make meals. Property manager was very easy and accommodating to talk with. Quiet building even when the Flames were in the playoffs.

To Whom it may concern, On June 6, 2020, I paid for a rental property through Home Away (VRBO). I was required to pay the amount in full. I booked this property from July 5 to August 5. When I arrived at the property on July 6th, we met the owner and we’re taken to the suite we rented. My husband and I were shocked at how filthy the place was and given COVID we knew we could not stay there. It was so run down and in poor repair. Filthy floors and the toilet was disgusting. Because we came to Calgary to see our daughter who has cancer, there was no way we could stay there. So we let the owner know this place was unacceptable and the owner said she would return the money. The next day I received an email from the owner stating she refused to give the money back. We never spent one night there and had to find accommodations somewhere else. VRBO tried to help us, but the owner stopped responding to them as well. We felt this was unfair. We pay through VRBO and there is no protection. We are in our 80’s and concerned about COVID and our family.
