The apartment has everything you need during your vacation so you can just feel at home. Just an example: Big flatscreen TV, stereo, freezer/ref, coffe brewer, toaster etc The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, plates etc and it comes with all utensils you probably have at home. It has also a safe, iron, nice cabinets, large balcony and it is nicely decorated. It is also a good place to stay for the long term renter.
View talay Residence 1 and 2, the two buildings stand together with a shared pool. There is also a gym for a few pounds to use.
The buildings are about 100 mtrs from the beach and virtually on the Baht Taxi route into Pattaya
which is about 3 miles away ( 10 Baht per person, thats 20 Pence, they run through the night ).
The Condo has Air-Con and a standing fan, has flat screen TV with cable TV and many programmes
in English, BBC World News, CNN, etc The Condo is approx 50 sq mtr with balcony, it faces the front of
the building on the 3rd floor. Has kitchen with microwave and two ring cooking hob ( but its as cheap
to buy food outside here ). There is a 24 hour restaurant next door and a Market and across the road
a 7/11 convenience store.
Yes the buildings have Wi-Fi, you buy a ticket from the Management office which is situated between
the two buildings. Cost from memory ( I have my own Wi-Fi ) is 250 Baht for a week or 600 Baht for
a month. Thats 5 Pounds a week or 12 Pounds a month....... ( 50 Baht to the Pound + or - )
When you arrive at Bangkok Suvanabhumi Airport you have two choices of getting here to Jomtien
which is about 120 kms from the airport.
1. By Taxi ( we have a very good taxi man who can meet you at the airport, Kob speaks very good English
and has a nice leather seat Honda CRV ) Kob charges 1200 Baht, thats 24 Pounds in English. He has both
email and phone number.
You can also get a 'Taxi Meter' that go from the ground floor, they will charge about 1,500 Baht thats 30 Pounds.
The journey will take anything from 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours depending on traffic.
Kob knows our buildings very well we have used him for years, he is 100% reliable. He meets customers in
arrivals near the 'Meeting Point' holding a card with customer name.
2. By Airport Bus straight to Jomtien, nice aircon bus leaves early morning to late evening every hour, 120 Baht
thats less than 2 Pounds 50 pence. When you get to Jomtien our Condos are about 300 mtrs away.
The buses go from the ground floor of the airport near the taxi rank.
The Condo has sufficient towels for
two people and the bedding and towels will be changed weekly at a small laundry cost to you, about 4 Pounds.
You also pay for the Electric and water used, we read the meters as you go in and when you leave. Electric and
water are very cheap here, I live in a Condo double the size 100 sq mtrs and my monthly bill for electric and
water is about 30 Pounds. The only thing that bumps the bill up significantly is the Air-Con, so if you hammer
the Air-Con your bill will will be larger.

many places you can travel to from here:
1. Bangkok ( just a short hop on the bus )
2. Koh Samet, small island with beautiful beaches an hour down the road
3. Koh Chang, a beautiful island with jungle covered mountains and wide white beaches, just 4 hours down the road,
has elephant sanctuaries where you can elephant trek. Waterfalls and many beautiful beaches
4. Koh Maak & Koh Kood islands a ferry ride from Koh Chang
5. Kanchanaburi - the famous site of the WW2 'Bridge over the River Kwai', the Bridge/Cemeteries/ Death Railway Museum/
Hellfire Pass and more.
