Enjoy this bright, easy, Southern Florida Condo located in the upscale community of Valencia in Pelican Bay . It is located close to the Community pool, hot tub and state of the art clubhouse with fitness center. Private tennis (18 courts) and the breath taking waterfront beaches are a walk (or beach tram) away. Beach-side dining and lounging offered in café's and restaurants. This relaxing community is very centrally located and is walking distance from the up-scale Waterside Shops that boast great shopping and dining. The Naples Philharmonic and the outstanding Mercato Shopping and Entertainment Center are all within easy proximity.

Bright, spacious 1400 sq ft condo on the top floor of a 3-story building - high ceilings, lots of light. Tastefully decorated 2BR/2BA includes split bedrooms layout, a spacious dining and living room area, and a fully renovated eat-in kitchen. The screened lanai overlooks a tranquil lake and the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and walk-in closet. The spacious guest room has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Wi-fi internet is provided and there is a large flat screen TV in the living room and the master. Elevator access and full sized washer and dryer included, as well as a covered parking space. Tram stop to the beach is only a short walk from the condo.

The Valencia is situated at the ideal location on Pelican Bay. Only 5 minutes walk to the Commons and the resident-only tram service, or walk 15 minutes to 3 miles of private beach on powder sand, in a unique natural environment. As a tenant, you will have full access to everything that Pelican Bay has to offer. After your Yoga, stretching or exercises sessions available at the beach club, the friendly Foundation staff will provide you beach chairs and umbrellas. They also will set up for you a sail boat, kayak or canoe to relax or exercise. With your transferred membership enjoy the security of 'members only' access to the beach, trams, tennis courts and Community Center.

FOR PEAK WINTER SEASON – 29 night minimum stay. First season booking to start on or before January 1.
For February and March Bookings, one or two month bookings only if the previous month has been rented. Please contact us with any questions at all. We will try to accommodate.

Paradise Found

This is an excellent location in Pelican Bay. A short walk to the beach tram and tennis club, well maintained Condo and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The Condo was exactly “as advertised “ and was comfortable and clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location; loved the community amenities

This property delivered to make our holiday stay in Naples enjoyable. Its location to the Pelican Bay amenities (berm, tram, beaches, tennis courts) was perfect; easy walking distance for young and old. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, well-maintained, and quiet. The location relative to the Waterside Shops and grocery shopping was convenient, too. The condo accommodations were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and eating meals at home. It would be nice to have placemats to use on the glass-top tables (kitchen & dining room) so as to protect the table surfaces. Bedrooms and bath areas were comfortable and easily accessible. Communication with the property manager was stellar. He was responsive and thorough. There is nothing I would change about this property to make a future stay more comfortable.
