About this property

This rental is perfect for up to 5 or 6 people. Holden Beach is a local secret. You feel like you are getting a little peace of paradise. Gators Grant is only 3 miles to Holden Beach and boating dock. Check in is anytime after 4:00. *A fee of $40 will be charged for early check in requests if available.
*This is a smoke and animal free rental! Outdoor security cameras for added protection. Myrtle beach and Wilmington is a 30 min drive. My two bedroom/ three bed home is decorated very beachy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in privacy. It has a fully functional kitchen with everything you need. Laundry room too! I have a charcoal grill and a fire pit in the back yard and a large screened in porch to relax on. There are vacant lots next door so very secluded. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats! You can almost golf here year round. My home is a very clean and upscale mobile home surrounded by shady trees and the intercoastal waterway. One bedroom has one full and one queen bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed.

Great place to vacation

HI everyone my name is Wendy and I know you will enjoy the Holden Beach area as much as I do. I live in Wilmington which is 30 min's away; but I like this little private retreat of mine. This is where you are on beach time and can fish and crab off of our pier or enjoy a day at the beach. We have plenty of parking so bring your boat if you have one. The seafood is delicious at our local restaurants but we also have some of the best burgers around. You can golf here pretty much all year round. So I hope you come visit and have a great time here. This area is in the middle of Wilmington, Southport and Myrtle Beach. So you have so many choices of places to see and things to do. Then at night you can watch the sunset off of our pier and relax around a fire in a very private atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

You have the whole place to yourself. Very private with smart tv''s in bedrooms and living room with netflix. Wireless internet and a kithen and gas grill to use if you want to cook yourself. I'll even lend you a crab cage to catch some fresh crabs at the pier.
