The guesthouse is detached from the main home. Relax poolside and watch the sun set, or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Boat, fish, swim or picnic at nearby lakes. Hike, bike or nature watch at nearby parks. Very close to Sun City and an easy commute to historic Georgetown Square.

The guesthouse has an open concept with a full kitchen, living room and dining area which has wonderful views of the pool and the deer which visit on a daily basis. A comfortable queen size bed is in the private bedroom along with a closet to hang your clothing. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a closet which contains extra bed linens, bath and pool towels. There are two televisions, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Wii-Fi is available.

Sit outside under the covered porch or pool side and watch both sunrises and sunsets.

The guesthouse is located away from the main home. The main home's draperies, blinds and or curtains will be closed during your stay to add the extra comfort of privacy.

Peaceful and Convenient

We were there for the 2024 eclipse...within walking distance to a lovely lake where we got to see the whole thing away from crowds and traffic. The cottage was great!

Highly Recommended

Stayed for a week and the property was perfect for my needs. Very roomy with excellent facilities, and with everything necessary to be self sufficient. The pool is long and great for proper swimming and is in a large and secluded garden. Although the casita is next to the owners house, I had 100% privacy. The owners are super fast with their communication and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay.

Spectacular and Cozy

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and could not have asked for a more discreet but incredibly attentive host. The property is beautiful and within an easy distance to activities for the outdoorsy type or those out for a fun weekend in the big city. We would absolutely recommend this property if you are ever headed to the Austin area. Thanks so much!
