Located in Central City, a centrally located neighborhood that is in a state of gentrification, just blocks away from the historic St. Charles St., Mardi Gras parade routes and Magazine St. In addition to ample free street parking, the historic St. Charles streetcar line (which can either take you uptown to beautiful Audubon Park or downtown to the French Quarters) is only a 15-20 minute walk from the property!!!
