Culper Retreat is a peaceful and centrally-located place between Livingston and Cookeville, TN. Close enough to shops, activities, and restaurants, but far enough away to only hear the crickets in the evening. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it is ideal for a couple's weekend away or an extended stay visiting nearby family and friends. This place offers a open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. Very spacious and inviting!
No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee.
The space:
This property is a 1,120 sq ft home nestled on 7.1 acres in Cookeville, TN. Culper Retreat is brand new! It was built in 2024.
House includes:
-Master Bedroom- King bed with full bathroom, shower, and large closet
-Guest Bedroom- King Bed with full bathroom, shower, and large closet
-Comfortable pull-out couch with memory foam mattress
-Large open floor plan for the living room, dining and kitchen
-The table (seats 6) plus 4 barstools along the wooden kitchen island
- Living room features a large TV with tons of channels and electric fireplace
-Kitchen- Everything needed to cook meals for yourself or the family
We are located about 15 minutes from Cookeville, TN and have a Dollar General a couple miles away for anything you may have forgotten
-Visit Central Park Livingston for a fun family activity of live music, playground, or splashpad.
-Visit Standing Stone State Park or Cummins Falls State Park which are less than 20 minutes away.

This area is known for its beautiful scenery. Culper Retreat is within an hour to 7 lakes and state parks. Take a short drive to any of the local waterfalls within an hour of Culper Retreat. It is also convenient to the city of Cookeville, with many shops, restaurants, activities, and home to Tennessee Tech University.
