This charming 2 bedroom condo is located in the heart of Temecula, only 4 miles from the wineries, Pechanga Casino, Old Town, and 4 miles from the Promenade Mall. Walmart, Starbucks, banks, 30 + restaurants and many others stores are within 1 mile of distance. Front load washer/dryer, curved screen 4K TV, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, toaster, Wi-Fi and Live TV are provided. Garage parking is available. Community pool are less than 1 minute away. The community is new and quiet, very family friendly. Furniture are from high quality merchants such as Crate & Barrel. Please note, this listing is not intended for any services normally associated with a hotel.

Every room in the house is accessible except for 3rd bedroom. Everything listed in description is provided for your max convenience and comfort. There is also an extra HDMI cable in case you need to plug in your computer, DVD/Blu-Ray player, Video Game console to the curved screen 4K TV.

No pets, no smokers, no shoes in the house, no big parties please. This is a family oriented community. There are few personal food/beverages in the fridge which are labeled carefully.

Please note, even the garage can fit 2 cars, please message before booking if you have large cars/trucks to make sure they fit as there is no overnight outside parking.

Temecula

House was great, clean, well stocked . Owner Vincent was very pleasant, responded quickly to any fixes required. Location was excellent, two blocks walking distance to stores, restaurants and Temecula Parkway shopping. Pool across the street. Temecula is a very nice upscale location with lots of shopping, central, one hour drive to Oceanside & beaches, LA, San Diego, Palm Springs. Price is more reasonable than staying along the beach areas. Excellent. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable home and excellent location!

We really enjoyed our 6 week stay at Vincent's home. Everything that we needed for our trip was provided. Check in and check out were very easy. Any issue that came up, Vincent responded immediately and resolved the problem. The home is clean and very comfortable. It's centrally located, with many stores and restaurants nearby. Very accessible to the freeway, as well. Great neighborhood and we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Perfect condo for us and would definitely recommend!

Centrally Located Clean Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean and close to stores, restaurants and parks. The smart tv had some apps like prime video and Netflix. We were able to add a few of our own to watch some of our favorite shows. There wasn’t cable on the tv. The property manager was available when we had a question. We really enjoyed our stay!

Christmas vacation

We rented this condo for a month over the holidays. Very clean and close to everything southern california has to offer. Vincent the owner was great to work with check in and check out went with no complications.

Great condo

This condo was wonderful. Great location for restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and even great access to wine country. Even the pool was across the street. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the fresh strawberry stand down the road! Nice newer furnishings, good beds and lots of amenities. Only has Sling tv, which we were not familiar with. Would recommend this condo.
