A short drive to Conn Brown Harbor, Rockport and Port Aransas Beaches. 1700 + sq ft, 3 Bedrooms plus a Sun Room, 2 Baths, and Screened in Porch, Sleeps 6. Tailorable boat parking next to house. You can Relax and Enjoy the View from our Screened-in-Porch. We offer 18% discount for stays of 28 days or more in December thru February. Age restriction 25 and older. Please no pets. Thank You.

This house was wonderful for my family of 4. So spacious and had everything we needed. It's very close to the ferry, which was nice. The screened in porch was wonderful in the evenings. Overall we had a great stay!
