Fully equipped kitchen with fridge (w/4 ice options), microwave, oven, coffee machine & stone countertops. Masterbath w/ basinless sink. Basic bathroom essentials provided. PacMan arcade game. Board games. Washer/dryer. Covered patio with 55" TV.

3 bedroom 1.5 bath. King sized adjustable bed with half bath, 2nd bedroom with 2 Twin XL beds, 3rd bedroom with queen sized bed.

Access to full house however Garage is not accessible. Huge backyard with yard games, TV and sectional.

Other things to note
Backyard oasis with mature landscaping and several seating areas, including an outdoor sectional under the covered patio with a wall hanging 55” UHD TV. Outdoor curtains allow this space to be more private and for better TV viewing. Weber gas grill and charcoal grill available. Outdoor Dining set with umbrella and seating for four. Several fun games, including Horseshoe pit, cornhole, tiki toss, ring toss, yard dice, outdoor dominoes, Nerf guns, and plastic ax throwing game. Home has generator in rare case that power is out.
