The condo is one bedroom, one bath on the second floor. Just steps away from the beach. Laundry facilities are on site as well as barbecues and an outdoor patio area. You are walking distance to the world famous Caddys beach restaurant, Kai Tiki's and Taco Bus

Great condo in a great location!

This place was perfect for a quick trip over spring break. Super clean, great amenities, and directly across from the beach with access to the pool at Sunset Chateau. It might have benefited from being aired out before, but it's just an older building, so that wasn't much of an issue. Would definitely stay again!

We couldn't have asked for a better home while away!

From the minute we arrived, through leaving, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Nice adult building without any issues whatsoever with neighbors, or noise. It's truly a gem, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing home base. Just down the stairs is a cross-walk to the beach, and it's prefect! Love our time, thanks!

It was just me and my husband that stayed. It had every thing we needed to use when going to beach or just cooking. Was able to walk to a lot of different places either on the sidewalk or on the beach, whatever you prefer. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this cozy place.
