The en-suite bathroom feature a jetted bathtub and separate shower. An additional bathtub & shower is located on the second floor with 2 bedrooms and the suite over the garage includes a private 1/2 bath. Experience a marvelous and tranquil getaway with a complete kitchen, all your linens and towels, and a community pool and dock with all the amenities of Beresford Hall, a highly desired gated community within 25 minutes to historic downtown Charleston. Community is only 200 homes with complete privacy and nature. There is an adjacent body of water where you can boat (ramp available) , kayak and fish. Large community pool provides enjoyment for all and 2 playgrounds for the kids. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Charleston are within easy reach. House available to rent for 6 months January 15, 2026 for minimum 6 months.
