At 100 meters from the beach, Maresias, has large garden, balcony with barbecue and sink.
It has parking space for 2 cars per house.

The land has four houses: two for rent: House1 and House2, plus the caretaker's house and the owner's house.

They form a small condominium, surrounded by a 2.5 to 3 meter high wall.

Casa1 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Casa2 has 2 bedrooms, suites and a 3rd bathroom.

The houses have AIR CONDITIONING IN THE 2 BEDROOMS, 7,500 BTUS WINDOW MODEL.

The house is equipped with color satellite TV, full kitchen, two-door refrigerator, stove and microwave.

All environments have fans.

Large land with 300 m² for each house, and the total land area is 1500m².

Each house has parking space for two cars on the ground.

House 1: It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, is on the left in the photo. One bedroom is upstairs and another downstairs and the bathroom is also downstairs.

House 2: It has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is right on the picture. It has both bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 suites. The living room, the kitchen, the 3rd bathroom and the balcony are on the ground floor.

The shortest way to the beach is using entrance 20.

It takes 5 minutes walking to reach the sand of MARESIAS BEACH.

Excelente Custo Benefício

Ótima estadia, casa Limpa, anfitrião sanou as dúvidas, caseiros solícitos e prestativos, localização boa. Uma critica construtiva seria para descrever a qtde de colchões de casal e solteiro, qdo cheguei havia apenas 2 camas de casal, e estava em 6 pessoas , mas prontamente a Dalva providenciou um colchão de solteiro que estava guardado. Outra dica seria para as pessoas que levam pet para o condomínio prestarem atenção e recolherem os côcos que por vezes ficou em frente ao portão. (Isso é uma crítica aos locatários e não ao local que é extremamente LIMPO E BEM CUIDADO). Obrigado

Muito bom

Estadia foi muito boa o imóvel e bom , Sr Alfredo Caseiro fui muito prestativo. Sr Sérgio dono do imóvel muito prestativo também foi uma semana muito agradável. Quando pudermos voltaremos . Faltou alguns intens de panelas e louças mas restante foi muito bom recomendo.
