Perfectly situated on a quiet back lane with sea-views and direct access to the path leading down to Fistral beach. A short walk into town, the harbour and beaches. Perfect!

The space
Situated on a quiet back lane, with just a few neighbours, this flat is a real hideaway yet perfectly placed for the beaches, town and harbour.

Perfect for a couple but it could also accommodate a child with the use of the sofa bed.
I have designed the space to be comfy and practical. There is an outside tap for sandy wetsuits and a clothes airer to hang them outside to dry.

This is an eco-friendly flat; from the 100% renewable energy supplier to the recycled loo roll. Led lighting, re-usable shopping bags and quick-drying eco-towels, made in England. All cleaning products and laundry liquids are bought from a re-fill shop.

There is no T.V to encourage more quality time, of course you can bring your laptop if you can't miss your programmes!

This is an entirely private flat with own courtyard and entrance to which you will have the keys and are free to come and go as you please. Please do respect our neighbours and noise after 11pm.

Other things to note
Please note the parking spaces in front of my gate are not mine and therefor are not available for use during your stay. There are plenty of other options please see the Getting Around section below.

The sofa bed is NOT suitable for an adult as it’s only comfortable for small children.

The flat uses recycled, locally sourced and re-usable products to help protect our environment and for a greener stay! Please assist by turning off lights, heaters and towel rails when not in use. Also by being conscious of water usage and only putting for wash towels you have used. There are re-usable shopping bags for your use, please leave them for the next guests.

The walk on the footpath to Fistral at the beginning of the path can get over-grown and sometimes is not so buggy friendly, however it soon opens out to a wide sandy path leading straight into the dunes!
Alternatively, you can follow the road to Fistral Beach, or the town beaches are 5 minutes across town.
