Whether you're visiting Dallas for a weekend escape or a longer stay, our thoughtfully designed casita is the perfect home base for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Enjoy a relaxing, cozy atmosphere with all the essentials you need to feel right at home.

Restful Bedroom
Unwind in the peaceful bedroom featuring a plush king-size bed, blackout curtains for restful sleep, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Soft linens and a serene setting make it easy to relax and recharge.

Kitchen Ready for You
Cook at your convenience in a well-appointed kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Perfect for anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners.

Settle into the inviting living area with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Whether you're relaxing with a show, this space offers a great spot to wind down.

Clean & Private Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and starter toiletries to help you settle in with ease.

Dedicated driveway parking is available exclusively for casita guests—safe, simple, and just a few steps from your entrance.

This casita is located at the end of the driveway behind the main home. Please note: the washer and dryer in this unit are not currently available for guest use. Additionally, we do not provide internet access in this casita, as installation and service have proven too unreliable in this specific location. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning accordingly if Wi-Fi is essential during your stay.

We’re happy to provide a high chair and Pack 'n Play upon request (additional fee may apply). Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival.

Additional rules:
NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay.
