ESJ Towers is a beach front condominium located in Isla Verde, just 5 minutes from SJU Airport. This spacious apartment features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you will need, a washer and dryer, smart TV, central AC and much more. The balcony offers amazing views of Isla Verde Beach and the Ocean. It features a modern/minimalist decoration. This unit is not equipped for handicap accessible guests. **POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.**. 1 parking spot available.



Up to 6 guests fit comfortably in this unit, 8 people can stay if there are small children. The building does not have a back up generator. We cannot be held responsible for power outages in the area. Refunds will not be offerred if there is a general power outage.



You will have direct access to the beach straight from the lobby, just a few steps away.

Isla Verde Beach is a beach front location with one large avenue filled with hotels, condos, restaurants, and many more.



You can walk to almost everything nearby like pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants, shops and convenience stores. There is a Trolley service by the municipality, the metropolitan bus service, Uber, taxies and more. You an also rent a car and we offer parking for one vehicle.



The Ocean View is only from the Balcony. The room`s windows are small and the view is partial. The pool is currently closed for repairs. The nightly price has been reduced because of this inconvenience. **POOL IS CLOSED.**
