This spacious bedroom features a king-size bed with a premium mattress, a smart TV with streaming services, and a closet with hangers and an iron.
The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, a vanity, and complimentary essentials: towels, washcloths, makeup remover cloth, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, travel shaving kit, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

House Rules
1. Check-in: After 4:00 PM
2. Check-out: By 10:00 AM
3. No parties or events unless pre-approved.
4. No smoking inside the home.
5. No pets allowed (unless pre-approved).
6. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
7. Registered guests only allowed on the property.
8. Please respect neighbors and community rules.
9. Do not tamper with cameras or Wi-Fi equipment.
10. Pool and hot tub use is at your own risk. No diving or rough play.
11. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool, hot tub, and playground.
12. Grill use requires a $25 cleaning fee and must be requested in advance.
13. Report any damages or issues immediately via messages.
14. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
15. Trash must be bagged and placed in bins located on the side of the house.

Our home is designed with your comfort and safety in mind — labeled light switches, “Watch Your Step” signs, and motion lights in key areas. Doors leading to the backyard require a firm push to lock securely.
