Great place to bring the whole family for a relaxing vacation near the most beautiful beaches! Located off a quiet street, but close to the main attractions Sarasota has to offer! Siesta Key is just a short 4 miles away. Check out the backyard renovation with a brand-new heated pool and hot tub just completed November 2023! Book this house for your winter vacation and enjoy the amazing amenities it has to offer!
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a screened lanai to enjoy the beautiful weather while overlooking the backyard where the heated pool and spa are! The backyard is spacious with lots of grass for kids to run and explore and there is a pool patio around the pool. Towels, washcloths, bed linens, pillows, and comforters are provided! A washer and dryer are located in the house, and available for our guests to use, no extra charge.

Our pool is equipped with a heater to help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. Please note that during colder winter months, when outside temperatures drop, the heater may not always be able to bring the water up to your desired warmth. We appreciate your understanding!
