Two bathrooms, cozy fireplace upstairs and downstairs. Step out to local hiking, walking, and biking trails. Safe and peaceful area. Explore this beautiful city nestled in the mountains. Easy access to the interstate if traveling to Lava Hot Springs, Yellowstone, Island Park, Jackson Hole, or other attraction from the gate city.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, office, living area up and down. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for a home away from home stay. Central air and central heat. Off street free private parking.

Entire house is there for the guest(s).

Please be aware that there are stairs up to the front door and out of back door. Stairs to lower level. Shared driveway.

Longer term and student rotation stays negotiable, 2-12 weeks. Contact host.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

No need to strip beds. Please empty trash and place in green bin on north side of the house. Place used towels in shower/tub. Place keys on counter and exit back door and lock the door behind you.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My husband and I both retired from Idaho State University and love the local area and all there is to do in a college neighborhood. We love the outdoors and every opportunity to engage in activity. The cottage is a joy, with a love of hosting and making things comfortable for a visitor stay in our lively town.

Why they chose this property

There is always something going on in Pocatello and the surrounding area. Much to do in the great outdoors. Pocatello is often referred to as the Gateway to the West.
Always fun to have the parents and family of ISU students visiting their loved ones in college.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is close to the ISU campus, Stephens Performing Arts Center, and many attractions within a few hours. These include Harriman State Park, Lava Hot Springs, Ashton, and Island Park; Gateway to Jackson Hole WY, Yellowstone, Driggs, Salt Lake City, and many other places. Easy access to highway.
