Step through the front door and to your left is the dining area, which flows seamlessly into a designer kitchen outfitted with high-end appliances and plenty of space to cook, sip, or gather. Beyond that, the airy living room invites you to unwind, with an 85” Roku Smart TV, plush seating, and sliding doors that open onto the outdoor lounge, pool, hot tub, grill & fire pit. A half bath is located just off the living room for convenience.

Attached to the living room, the first-floor bedroom offers privacy and comfort with a king bed, its own full ensuite bathroom, and a private entrance—perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

Head upstairs and you're greeted by something rare: a wellness landing featuring a private sauna, massage chair, and spa touches that make every day feel like a retreat. To the right is the primary suite, where a king bed, spa-style bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony offer your own personal haven. Further down the hall is a second guest suite with a king bed and its own full bath. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of nine (9) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

4. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to check out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.

5. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $50 in half hour increments.
