Welcome to your spacious getaway! This large basement apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and a cozy toy area for kids, making it the ideal retreat for families and groups. Enjoy mornings with our complimentary waffle breakfast, and bring your pets along — we’re pet-friendly! With plenty of space to relax, modern comforts throughout, and a central Utah County location near Sundance, BYU, UVU and Provo Canyon, your stay will feel like home. For now most of the photos are from my other listings. Professional photos are being taken next week. But if you die my other homes - you will also love this new one!
