About this property

Cozy Private Cottage In Concord

The Cottage at Granite House 1880. Our cottage is a few minutes drive to the newly rejuvenated Concord Downtown Main Street. Easy access to I-93 and I-89 and State Route 101. Centrally located - in about an hour drive you can be in Boston, NH/Maine Sea Coast, NH White Mountains, VT border.

The Cottage is attached to our 1880 New England Farm home.

If you enjoy skiing, we are about an hour from some of NH's best ski areas. We are also within an hour drive of Boston, the Maine/NH Seacoast and Vermont border. This makes the Cottage a great place if you are planning to explore all that NH has to offer.

There are two cozy bedrooms on the 2nd floor along with a full bathroom with tub/shower and full-size washer and dryer half way upstairs.

You'll find the Cottage at Granite House 1880 professionally cleaned with linens, towels, dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils provided and some toiletries, There is a full deck off of Cottage Kitchen. High-speed WiFi is free and available throughout the Cottage.

We are very responsive via email, text or phone. We are usually right next door to the main house. We will gladly offer tips and advice on what to do in the area. Plenty of "areas of interest" booklets, pamphlets, and information are available in the Cottage.

It was a marvelous experience. Big kitchen which help us cooked while studying! The area is quiet adding to the optimal environment of law discussions. They offer toiletries and robes for your comfort. It is rustic and artsy.

A gem

A well thought out cottage with all the amenities to feel at home. The creative decor and artwork gave a country vibe yet the latest technology added convenience. Plenty of space for our group a welcome spot worth the return.

Cozy NH cottage

The property was a little off the beaten path and kind of difficult to find in the dark. The host Alex was quick to respond when contacted. Overall this was a very nice place to stay as it was quiet., clean and it had good amenities.

Great Stay at Concord Cozy Cottage

This is our third stay at Alex's cozy cottage in Concord. My family likes the skiing at Pat's Peak, and the slopes are less than 30 minutes away. Plus, we get the convenience of restaurants in and around Concord. The house and amenities were great - as always. We'll be back again soon!

Weekend getaway

We were in town to visit family who recently moved to Concord. We were very happy with the Cottage and it’s proximity to town. The Cottage had everything you need and we appreciated the smart home technology. Would definitely recommend and would come back!

Very nice and comfortable cottage

We found the property centrally located to all the places we wanted to explore. The lawn was a bit overgrown, we understand it has been an unusually wet season, this brought out lots of mosquitos. The interior was very comfortable to come back to.

Our Trip to Concord NH

We three sisters traveled to Concord NH to visit our elderly maternal aunt. Our stay at 340 N State St made this trip so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen accommodations, the lovely layout, the location - everything about this VRBO made it easy to visit and relax and enjoy being away from home. Thank you!

COZY COTTAGE!

We loved the property. Therr was a quiet area out back to sit. The decor was perfect. When I had a question, Alex took care of it immediately. FYI the air conditioners in the bedrooms did not get cold even when turned up to Max.

Cottage in the Country

This was a lovely stay. The cottage was ideal. All the conveniences of an updated rental while preserving the charm of old. Host was wonderful prepping for our stay. Comfortable 1 bdr - 1 queen w/a very small twin room. The twin room could be reconfigured to accommodate a full. Great proximity to town. Would definitely recommend. Wish we had more time to explore more of the area.

Quaint Comfort

The property is slightly hard to find so better signage in the front yard would be beneficial. If you select this spot, the turn is literally at the end of the railing of the bridge. Other than that, it was great! Close to downtown. Great food and coffee shops in town. The space is very fun! Quiet and cozy. Great artwork on the walls! We have family there. We will be back.
