Built on a hillside, secluded from the lights and noise of the city, the Villa offers a magnificent panoramic view of Sitia bay, embracing the blue landscape and offering insurmountable sunsets to its visitors.

Combining modern with traditional, the architecture of the villa, the interior design and the average temperature of the region of 23 degrees Celsius, the setting promises an unforgettable holiday experience all year round.

The space

Τhe villa is built on two levels. On the first level you will find a spacious kitchen-dining room (fully equipped), a living room with a large flat TV, a lounge with a fireplace, fitness room with treadmill, dumbbells and a W.C.

On the second level there are 4 bedrooms (of which 3 with double beds and one twin), two bathrooms (one in the master bedroom and one shared) and a laundry room. Also the villa has an autonomous studio, within it, with a bed and a bathroom which could be used as a service room. The villa can accommodate a total of 11 persons.

Build quality is unsurpassed and luxurious, with Italian solid wood frames, windows with double glazing, a solid Italian cuisine and underfloor heating. All spaces are air-conditioned at both levels.

Großartiger Blick über die Bucht von Sitia

Ein tolles Haus mit luxuriöser Ausstattung mit einem atemberaubenden Meerblick über die Bucht von Sitia im Osten Kretas. Das Haus hat auf mehreren Etagen unglaublich viele Terrassen und Balkons, so dass man bei jedem Wetter einen schönen Platz zum Sitzen findet. Selbst vom Pool aus kann man den Meerblick genießen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (Küche mit Miele-Geräten, Liebherr-Kühlschrank, großer Sony Bravia mit Netflix im Wohnzimmer,...). Georgia hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war bei Problemen ansprechbar. Wir waren Ende Oktober da und mussten leider feststellen, dass zwar ein Kamin vorhanden und angeboten war - aber nicht benutzbar. Im unteren Geschoss, wo die Schlafzimmer und zwei der drei Bäder sind, funktionierte das WLAN nicht - ich empfehle, es gleich bei der Anreise zu prüfen, damit eventuell bestehende Probleme behoben werden können. Ansonsten hatten wir keinerlei Probleme und alles war super unkompliziert.

We are always in the apartment at guest arrival and we offer a welcome basket with bottle of mineral water, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, jam, butter, Raki (local drink) and Cretan sweet. A short briefing of the house and some startup details for places to visit is given. We provide full details of any place of interest if asked. We are always there at the departure to greet our guests!
Neighborhood overview
Sitia Blue Villa is Located at about 2 km from the city’s center and the picturesque port of Sitia, but just a few steps away from the sandy beach. The airport is located 3 km away and the hospital is 2 km away.
Other things to note
Summer temperatures can reach up to 42 degrees Celsius, perfect for a dip in the wonderful 50 sq. meters pool (including children’s pool), located on the first level of the surrounding area, measuring a total of 130sqm, which also includes a cool stone seating and a pergola with panoramic views. The second surrounding level consists of a total area of 320 sq. meters. There is a specially designed area of 150sq. meters for sports with a basketball court consisting of two baskets (one large and one small), space for volleyball and football (small size) with a goal and lawn. There is also unlimited space for parking, internet connection and regional WIFI in all surrounding areas.
