About this property

Located in the heart of the historic district of Beach Haven and 2 blocks from the beach. Built in 2017, our home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths; 12' x 20' heated in ground pool, outdoor kitchen, air conditioned pool side cabana with Murphy bed for additional people if needed.
Off street parking for up to 5 vehicles. For the kids, Fantasy Island Amusement Park is a 6 minute walk; 2 mini golf courses are within a 5 minute walk; Surf Light Theater is a block away. Our home is also located steps from the best restaurants in the area - Chicken or the Egg, the Bagel Shack, Creperie de la Mer, Uncle Will's, Buckalew's, Parker's Garage, the Clam Bar, the Engleside, Barry's, Holiday Snack Bar. Please contact with additional questions or photos. All linens provided. House includes coffee maker, icemaker, outdoor grill, washer/dryer, heated indoor pool (no additional charges). A $300 cleaning fee is also the responsibility of the renter. Non smoking property and no pets permitted. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM. Not a handicapped accessible property.

Our payment and cancellation policy differs from home away (see contract): 50% of total cost and 25% security deposit due at time of reservation and final 50% due 90 prior to arrival date. Cancellation policy - 10% cancellation fee. 90% refund if greater than 60 days from reservation; less than 60 days from reservation $0 refund.
