About this property

Enjoy your vacation in our beautiful remodeled (2023) Southwestern style condo. The condo is a spacious 1500 Sq. ft, single level with an additional partially covered 600 Sq. ft. Saltillo tiled patio, outdoor fireplace & electric BBQ and charcoal BBQ located at pool area. You can enjoy the privacy of your own mountain views dining on the patio while being within minutes to downtown Fountain Hills & restaurants. A pool area & jacuzzi is steps away - winter months the pool is not heated. This condo features free WiFi, comfortablefurniture, appliances, beds, etc. The living room has a queen hide-a-bed couch & oversized leather chair with ottoman, plus swivel club chair, large Adobe style wood burning fireplace, 46' plasma HD TV. The master bedroom has a king sized pillow top bed, walk out doors to patio, ensuite bathroom: large shower w/ bench seat & double sinks. Large dresser & small cable TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and small TV also on cable box with bathroom and laundry next to it. Kitchen includes all stainless appliances (fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher). Dining room seats 6 and wireless access to internet. Onsite parking is available: walk to shopping, restaurants, golf, cafes and other amenities. This is a 7 day minimum stay condo.

Home Away From Home

This property is number one in our VRBO experiences. The condo was large inside with a 500 sq foot outdoor covered patio. Fireplaces inside and out but temperatures were too warm. The owners have the place well stocked with every possible cooking element. The bathrooms were both newly renovated and done beautifully. The seat in the master bath shower was certainly appreciated. The decorations were very well done. We had great Wifi, TV reception and really hated leaving.

We love this Condo!

The property location is in a wonderful neighborhood. The owners are fantastic. Mary and Kelly are wonder hosts. They take care of all your needs if they arise. The condo is set in a picturesque area. The condo bedrooms are very comfortable lots oh storage. THE Kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials at your finger tips. The decor has a native / western theme that is very tasteful along with some originals. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely try to rebook in the very future.

Simply Wonderful!

Mary and Kelly are the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Their condo is very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. They seem to have everything you could possibly need for your stay, from a very well stocked kitchen to very good quality linens and towels. The patio is so private and comfortable to relax after a day of exploring the desert. Loved our stay and looking forward to coming back!

Great Fountain Hills Home

From booking to check in and check out, everything was super smooth. Our host Mets us at the condo and showed us around. She even had suggestions for restaurants and a car wash!! The condo was well cared for and very clean. The area was quiet and we felt safe and at home. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful with beautiful views. Convenient to grocery stores and hiking trails. This place as it all!!

We enjoy sitting on the patio facing the red mountains just talking in the evening, while sharing a glass of wine. This condo is magical for making those special moments each morning and evening.. A motorcycle ride to Cave Creek, Tombstone or the Salt Flats is a blast too.
