This spacious 5 bedroom split-level in the hidden subdivision of SeaBreeze in Dewey Beach sleeps 15. Located on a quiet street, the large yard is ideal for outdoor games or you can simply relax and watch from the comfy screened porch or semi-shaded deck.

The beach is an easy 3 block walk, a great place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee for the early risers in the group.

Bring your kayak, SUP or rafts because there is access to Rehoboth Bay via a community boat ramp about a minutes walk down the street. It's also a great place to sip a cocktail while you watch the sunset and listen to the nightclub music ramp up.

A short bike ride puts you on the 15 mile bike loop that connects Rehoboth and Lewes via the Breakwater/Junction/Cape Henelopen trails.

The Rehoboth trolley stop is nearby and offers a safe, inexpensive and convenient way for teens to get to the boardwalk or adults to sample the Rehoboth nightlife without the parking hassles.

Rainy day? No problem, the outlets are only a few minutes away even with heavy traffic. Fifer's Farm Market Cafe is 1 block away and offers fresh produce, sundries and sandwiches and there are plenty of restaurants and watering spots, including Starboard, Hammerhead's, Bottle & Cork, and the Rusty Rudder within an easy jaunt.

The layout of the house provides space for everyone. The master bedroom with attached bath is upstairs along with 2 other bedrooms and a full bath. The main floor is an open plan with kitchen, dining area, living room and access to the screened porch and deck. There is a half bath off the porch. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a lounge/bedroom and another bathroom . The basement living area includes a home theater, card table, washer/dryer and extra sleeping.

Internet access and basic cable are included.

There are 2 outdoor showers under the carport and plenty of parking in the driveway and overflow on the grass. There is an umbrella clothes drying rack in the backyard convenient for beach towels.

The kitchen offers granite counter tops and is designed with 2 separate prep areas, each with a deep stainless steel sink. All cooking utensils and pots & pans are included. There is a 2nd refrigerator with top freezer in the screened porch for easy access to beverages and bulky items. The porch also has a heavy wooden picnic table great for cracking crabs! There are plenty of dishes and cutlery, more than enough for 15 people.

Guests should bring their own linens, towels, etc. We do try to keep a supply of paper products, cleaning supplies and other items on hand in the event that you forget something, we just ask that you replace what you use before you depart.
