A Better Vacation Stay


AT CHECK IN. Once you check in to your stay, please check all the electro domestics, furniture for any damage in the apartment, or anything missing, and let us know about it right away.

MAID SERVICES. One (1) cleaning is included for every seven (7) days stay. If your visit is less than seven days, you can ask for a cleaning service for an extra 500 pesos.

HOUSE DISHES. Washing the dishes is NOT INCLUDED in the weekly cleaning, it can be done for 10USD , this is paid and requested directly to the maid

DRINKING WATER. The first big bottle of water is included if you need a replacement it has a cost of $70 pesos and its paid directly to the person who delivers in cash.

HOUSE SECURITY. When you go outside or leave the building, DO NOT forget to close all the doors and windows.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests on reservation.

If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, will be subject to termination of the rental by the Host.

BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following:

Only the kilowatts per day included on electricity in the booking fee, on average of 15 to 25 USD per day.

For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity is not included in the rate

SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs from any Security Deposit, in the event that the Facilities are left in poor condition, extreme dirt or damage to the premises.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice to the guest if suspicious of dangerous, unlawful or precarious activity. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in clean condition at the expiration of this Agreement. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs in the event that the Facilities are left in poor condition, extreme dirt or damage to the premises. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.

TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term at the bins outside the property.

QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.

HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.

ATTORNEY’S FEES. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.

USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.

POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the two (2) weeks after the expiration time and date of this agreement, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.

GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.

My name is Carlos My wife and friends asked me to secure the accommodations I’m speaking for all of us. and this reflects all our experience of this condo. Let’s talk about courtesy Letting guests now that construction is happening in the building is very important to one’s vacation grinders and concrete cutting machines jackhammers at 8 AM. It’s not a vacation. I should have been notified of construction taken place I would have looked for a different place. Did not have any instructions to operate basic things in the property. Ie have a 2 page about appliances, TVs, place, area emergency situations Ect. Did not have drinking water as per agreement. Had to ask. Unit is Very poor maintained inside throughout the unit, Broken drawers, loose tiles on the floor, need light bulbs 1 bathroom very dark, 1 bedroom AC did not work etc. Dishes / cutlery very very cheap dishes It was very difficult to cook meals as the essentials. We’re missing. Ie 1 pot No bread knife The Condo had not welcome feel. The best overall about this condo it was ocean front and the swimming pool was clean If the large Iguana was not blocking the breeze way to get to the swimming pool. For the owner pay your staff. VRBO Is responsible for regulating as they are the direct contact between clients, hosts? and to make sure all the information is accurate. Yes it had walls Yes it had some dishes Yes it had some light bulbs that worked Yes it had table / chairs

Great Location But You Get What You Pay For And Less
We didn’t pay much for the rental. So when we brought up issues with the condo, the agency’s response was, well it was a discounted rate. - 2 days of construction downstairs. No credit for not being able to use the pool or relax in our condo between 8:30-5pm - the beds are horrible and the pillows are worse - master shower didn’t drain - stains on the couch n pillows - patio was dirty The only good thing (until I get the power bill) was the AC and the view. You get what you pay for. You’ve been advised.

Fantastic location. Pity about the apartment full of cockroaches, the main shower not usable and lots of noise from construction next door. Also smoking allowed in the building. The apartment needs serious general maintenance as well. Laura the manager was fantastic.

Nice view but no Beach access. Kitchen needs upgrades and better utensils. Some areas are a little poorly up-kept. Shocked that you are charged for electric usage!

Absolutely beautiful view!
Great property overlooking the ocean and a perfect view of the sunrise! You can walk out onto the rocks at the oceans edge or to the pool, or a hundred yards to a small beach. This felt like a very safe area, a little older but well maintained and a great value. Very clean and great for a family. Full kitchen and laundry.
