About this property

Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath cottage is a LBI classic; 6 houses from beach sunrises and steps to beautiful sunsets on the bay. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) a full bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, all seasons room, and laundry room. Second floor has 2 large bedrooms, (2 queens, 2 twin beds) 1 full bath, a second living space, coffee bar, and sun deck. There is also a great outdoor shower, gas grill, and large picnic table. The second floor balcony has a table and chairs.

The cottage is situated in the middle of the island making all that LBI has to offer only a short drive. The rental is on a great street with a large beach and plenty of room to stretch out and catch some rays. 1 block from the Custard Hut (ice cream and lunch/dinner) and Cool Delights (ice cream), 5 blocks to a corner store for your morning paper and coffee. LBI's grocery store- ACME- is a five minute drive. 4 blocks away is Bay View Park; providing access to a great playground, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, and a bay side beach manned by a lifeguard. Many restaurants and shopping within a bike rider or quick car ride. Close to multiple miniature golf courses! An ideal location for families!

Great House

Large roomy house and bedrooms. On quiet street, a short walk to the beach which generally had open spaces to spread out. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs we had. A short drive to many local restaurants.

The Cottage

The place was excellent. Clean, spacious, bright and close to the beach. The place had everything you would need for vacation, even air conditioning. My family loved the place.

Family stay

We stayed here for our annual family vacation and it was simply perfect. The location, the house, the helpfulness of the owner all was amazing. We enjoyed walking nightly to the custard hut and were able to watch the fireworks from the top balcony. We will definitely be back! HIGHLY recommend!

Great House, lots of room

We were 3 adults and 4 teens, this place had plenty of room for all of us. Appliances were new, Custard Hutt is nextdoor (pizza, burgers..etc) and their garage was full of extra beach chairs and beach stuff. It was a REALLY hot week and the AC worked great. Owner is very responsive.

This is a cute cottage with charm , furnished in a relaxed and welcoming style. There are plenty of places to wind down and relax, read or play games. Everything you need is available in this house. Short walk to the beach and plenty of places to park in front of the house. The owner is very quick to respond to any of your needs or questions. Cape cods like this one are sadly rare on the island these days and it was sheer pleasure to be able to stay in one like this one.
