Spectacular 2,400 sq.ft. 2-level townhouse loft w/ 20 ft. vaulted brick & cathedral ceilings, 3-Bed, 2-bath w/ maple & brushed concrete floors. There is a master suite separated from the open loft space, featuring a 5-shower head rain shower with radiant heated floors.

The unit has Direct access to Rt.10, Rt.6 & I95N & South. Located at the foot of Historic Federal Hill; specialty shops, restaurants, night life & supermarket are within short walking distance. The location is within one mile of Brown University, RISD, JWU and all downtown and east side locations.

Fall Weekend Visit

We had a great experience - host was very responsive, check-in and check-out was easy. Quiet at night, tons of room and directions were provided which made it easy to get in, run TV/sound, heating/cooling, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect space for a family & friends getaway!

This is a great space for a group. Exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. Todd was a perfect host. Answered all of my questions ahead of time and very responsive during our stay. Perfect location. Half an hour from Wheaton college in MA where we dropped my daughter at school. We walked to restaurants on Atwells St. Providence Flee around the corner as well as a coffee/cocktail bar and ISO distillery which is a great place for a cocktail. We explored various locations in providence and drove about 45 minutes to Newport and Narraganset. We enjoyed coming back and playing pool and games after days out and about. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The perfect vacation home

Amazing property! Perfect location between Boston, Newport and Cape Cod. Stunning decor! The pool table was a bonus addition to family fun!! After fun filled days of beaches, ball games, hiking and exploring- we looked forward to getting back to the loft to kick back. Host was incredible and definitely made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Definitely 10 out of 10.
