You asked for it, you got it!! Located in the same community, on the very same STREET as the flawlessly reviewed Ultimate Mouse House 1, I'm thrilled to present Ultimate Mouse House 2. (Still only 7 miles and 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney!) Please view our reviews for Ultimate Mouse House 1 at homeaway 4196582 if you have any questions about my reputation!

Ultimate Mouse House 2 has all the color, Disney-tastic detail and imagination you'd expect from an Ultimate Mouse House and once again contains our *amazingly* decorated Star Wars and Princess themed rooms for kids. On top of that, I've added three new themed bedrooms for your family to choose from.

Enjoy deciding whether you'll spend your nights in our crazily Victorian Alice in Wonderland king master bedroom with ensuite bath and crib, our swashbuckling Pirates of the Caribbean king master bedroom with ensuite bath and crib, or our feral-yet-friendly Lion King bedroom with queen bed.

As always, our huge lanai and generously sized pool will easily accommodate your entire family--along with outdoor dining seating for ALL of you. And of course, use of our brand new barbecue grill is included at no extra charge. We provide all linens, towels, beach towels, dishware and every conceivable small appliance you could need on vacation. (Don't forget to try our Mickey and Darth Vader waffle makers--the waffle mix is included in our generous amenities basket!)

At night, you'll sleep peacefully and dream Disney worthy dreams on our brand new pillow top mattresses. Even the tiniest Disney fans will be right at home here. With a baby gate, high chair, two cribs, a baby co-sleeper, two strollers and a pack and play, Ultimate Mouse House 2 is ready to make your stay as easy as possible for the entire family. (If there's something special you require for your child, just let me know. I'll do my best!)

When you need a day of rest from the theme parks, there's no better place to be than an Ultimate Mouse House. We have a great selection of best sellers and beach reads--great for sprawling by the pool--and a huge digital movie selection available free for when you need a family night in. You can shoot a game of pool or fight for supremacy at our air hockey and foosball tables in the garage, or cook up a family feast in our wonderfully stocked kitchen, or even just enjoy a quiet evening walk around the beautiful neighborhood.

Unlike many vacation homes in the Disney area, my properties are not run by a team of faceless, impossible to reach managers. Upon booking you will receive only ONE contact number, and that is my own personal cell phone. I encourage renters to contact me at any time of day or night with any problem--no matter how small. My Ultimate Mouse Houses are my pride and joy, and I absolutely delight in providing extraordinary spaces for families. Our “New” House

This property is set up amazingly. My toddler called it his “new” house and we loved every minute of staying here. We couldn’t figure out the heated pool so that was a bit of a let down but other than that we had an amazing stay. Clean, plenty of room and everything we needed for our Disney Trip. Will book again next time we come ❤️

Lack of communication, misleading listing & hidden fees.

The property itself was decent. I had to request check in instructions which took hours to get on the day of check in. Upon arrival the kids having been in the car 12 hours was ready to swim only to discover the pool and spa was not heated. There were leaves everywhere where the netting had fell in. The grill clearly had been set ablaze as the wall was black along with the “new” grill. We contacted the host by phone as requested who did not answer. I messaged via VRBO and she asked that we text where she stated the new grill caught fire a year ago and there is an additional fee for the pool for be heated of $120. When we asked for a screen shot of the listing stating this our host did not reply. The next day I went to load the dishwasher and there were dirty dishes covered in mold left in there. I contacted the host regarding this to make her aware and ask about trash disposal. No reply. I tried again on our off days from the parks and no reply. Asked for check out instructions and you guessed it…no reply. I contacted VRBO who confirmed I never should have been charged for the pool or spa to be heated as the listing clearly stated it was heated at no charge. I spent the week trying to explain to my kids why they couldn’t swim on our days at the house and rearranged my meal plans to accommodate the lack of grill. If you are looking for a house that’s decorated with all things Disney this is it but do not expect communication from your host, a heated pool, or working grill.

Beautiful home, communication a struggle, cleanliness lacking, won’t return jewelry left behind

We stayed in this house for a Disney trip with our family. My daughter had her 21st birthday while there which is where the communication issues started. I had requested some decorations be put up prior to our arrival. Owner supported this and offered the cleaning service to help for a small fee. After attempting to finalize for almost 2 months, I got zero response. Attempted numerous contacts. I went ahead and ordered supplies and decorated myself. Once we arrived, we were disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty dishes, crumbs on the counter, the fridge was dirty with food particles in it. Dirty towels were in the washing machine. The pool area was a mess. Tables dirty, toys scattered around, beach towels draped over patio chairs, table and chairs in disarray. While I don’t mind supplying toilet paper and paper towels, a starting stash is expected. 2 of the bathrooms had no toilet paper on the roll. The paper towel holder was empty. My husband had to run to the store at 11pm after a 15 hour drive to buy toilet paper. Several light bulbs were out. The description mentioned a gift basket with pancake mix. We did not have that. I did contact owner with the issues. She reported she would look into it. We did not receive anything until multiple attempts were made. Worst part - left my mother’s ring with birth stones of my children - one who is now deceased - and cannot get her to return it after confirming it was found and would be mailed 2 months ago. Heartbreaking…

Very nice stay

We were very pleased and happy with our overall stay. House was very nice and roomy and accommodated our family of six very nicely. We also enjoyed the pool after a long day at Disney World. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your house.

Disney themed house

This house was decorated amazingly!!! From the moment you enter..it is wonderfully Disney! Bedrooms are fantastic, dining and living areas are spacious & comfortable. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could need as well as bath & beach towels. Pool, hot tub and outdoor area are good…loved the large table & chairs for outdoor dining. Several maintenance issues need to be taken care of….but none large enough to affect our stay. A little more communication with the owner would be helpful to know what needs to be done before leaving. Loved our time here….would definitely recommend it!
