The Cabana - Gorgeous 1 b/r Apt in the heart of Bondi Beach

Situated on the top floor apartment of a 3 storey block, (no lift unfortunately) this apartment is located so close to the beach and the excitement of Bondi, but also has the luxurious feel of a five star hotel.

Beautifully furnished with luxe finishes throughout, this dedicated holiday rental property has been designed as the perfect base for your Bondi adventure.

The light and bright generous sized bedroom has a king sized bed fitted with beautiful 1000 thread count sheets and fluffy pillows to ensure the most comfortable of sleeps. There is also a built in wardrobe as well as a desk for those needing a space to work.

The bathroom is modern and clean with a rain shower over the bath, and all the toiletries and fluffy towels you would expect when staying in a hotel.

The combined kitchen and living area is compact and provides everything you need to whip up a quick meal or chill while catching up on your favorite Netflix show. There is no free to air but we have a chrome cast device so you can stream shows from your phone or laptop.

There’s fast speed WiFi, a smart tv, washing machine in the apartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, ceiling fans and a mobile air conditioning unit to keep you cool and everything you need in this home away from home.

The Cabana boasts white washed floorboards and a luxe beachy feel to the entire apartment. A perfect place to base yourself for your Bondi experience.

There is no parking at this property so leave your car at home and enjoy everything Bondi has to offer without the hassle of a car. For those of you who do drive, please note that parking on this street is free but limited to 2 hours per time from 10am - 8pm every day. We cannot assist with parking spaces unfortunately.

There is a. shared rooftop (pictured) but as it is a shared space in a common area, it is controlled by the strata and current COVID-19 rules are in place for gatherings. Please take any rubbish with you and leave the rooftop as you found it.

Please note that there are views from the rooftop and not the apartment itself. There is no balcony or outdoor space in this apartment.

Cute apartment, great location

Fantastic location just steps from Bondi beach and tons of cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is decorated nicely and looks just like the photos/description. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because the apartment was not sparkling clean (stained bedding and shower floors), the windows didn’t stay fully shut and didn’t have screens, causing bugs (cockroaches) to enter, and it was really warm + humid because there’s no breeze due to the windows facing the alley. Screens would be a nice addition to the windows and potentially a small cooling unit. Besides these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and she was a good host.

The service was excellent good location however unless you read the description carefully although it said shared balcony it implied this was the view from the flat which was not the case the view was roofs

Little oasis in the Bondi chaos

This property is lovely. It’s well appointed and stocked with necessities. We had a question about the washer the first night of our stay, and the owner responded promptly. For us, the only drawback was that the balcony, which is shared with the other units in the building, was regularly “moccupied and we didn’t get the chance to enjoy that space. I will also say not to be dissuaded by the building. The apartment is in far better shape than the building’s first impressions. It is very clear the owner takes pride in her property and has a keen eye for design.

My life is all about friends, family, my beautiful dog (A Staffy called Toya) and the beach.

I am blessed to live and work at the gorgeous Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia where life is about sunshine, beaches, health and fitness. A few years ago I visited Byron Bay in northern New South Wales, and stayed at my first holiday rental. The property was so beautiful and expertly run that I started to think about becoming a host as well. I could indulge my passion for interior design with my love of travel, people and the beach!

Shortly after, I renovated and updated the homes in Bondi and decided to give short stay rentals a go myself. I loved it so much that it is now my full time job. I take great pleasure in ensuring that all my properties have the best of everything and all our guests are treated to a 5 star experience

I am happy to share these homes with you. Bondi Beach has a permanent rental to enjoy right on the beach. The Cabana also has ocean views only metres from the beach and everything Bondi has to offer. It is beautifully appointed and offers the beachy feel I love when traveling. The other location is in northern New South Wales. Byron Bay is a very special place and The Palm is a beautifully restored 4 bedroom cottage in the heart of Byron, only a 10 minute stroll into town. It is an entertainers dream with gorgeous interiors, and outdoor living including mediterranean inspired pool, sun-filled decks and patios, BBQ area and fire-pit.
