Enter the portal and arrive at your own unique destination, immersing yourself in the energies of this womb-like space while taking in the natural beauty of the sacred land it nests on. Massive cedar stairs encase a clawfoot tub with shower just waiting to soothe and rejuvenate along with a large salt water spa.

Ascend the winding staircase (70 stairs) into the welcoming embrace of LOVE Temple. A place to feel held, warm and connected while nesting in the treetops enjoying the views. A private, magical space for relaxing, revitalizing and cultivating fully who you truly dream to be.

Equiped with a small refrigerator, microwave, filtered water, vitamix, hot water kettle, garbage disposal, small gas grill, electric fireplace. Please let this caring host know what she can do to make your stay, the best.

Please note that added guests are not allowed on property.

Fairfax of Marin County is charming with a free spirited air about it. There is no need to leave town as there is an abundance of entertainment and restaurants. It is nestled in the hills and perfect for outdoor activities and enjoying the beauty of nature or take a scenic drive west to the ocean.

Love Temple Sanctuary Indeed
MaryBeth's property is perfect for anyone needing the time and space to reconnect with themselves.; she's created the perfect environment for doing so. NOTE: take "pack lightly" seriously as there are a great number of stairs that provide the perfect lead up to a cardio workout -- which is also an amazing way to prepare yourself to sit down and meditate. I highly recommend Love Temple Sanctuary to anyone who needs to disconnect to reconnect. And MaryBeth is an amazing host - simply put. Thank you!!

Exceptional Property, Exceptional Owner & Exceptional Stay Overall
This property is exceptional, as is its owner, MaryBeth. Words cannot express enough my appreciation and gratitude for her and the temple's grace, welcoming and hospitality. If you are seeking a place to pause, heal, replenish, and reflect, look no further: you have found your refuge. The property itself is so beautiful, and the temple is truly a work of handcrafted art. If you haven't already, internet search it and find the backstory. The local pollinators (hummingbirds, bees and the like) visited the patio garden regularly throughout the day, and the insect maintenance team (bats), at dusk. While I was prepared to go for a hike through the beautiful neighborhood I instead was content spending my days on-property, doing online yoga in the temple, soaking in the outdoor bath tub, reading, eating and well... wash, rinse, repeat! The outdoor shower and tub provided a self-guided spa experience that, seriously, cannot be beat. While I fully encourage you root through your drawers and bring the various face masks, bath salts and body scrubs you've never gotten around to using, know too that MaryBeth has top shelf spa product for you to enjoy during your stay, so—and I emphasize this: feel equally free to *pack light*. The view of the stars from the open temple doorstep is simply magical. Definitely download a star gazing app on your smart phone when you come. The loft bed is super cozy, and the waking views breathtaking. The property was super clean and fully stocked. MaryBeth personally greeted me for check-in and the site walkthrough was, I am going to again use the word, exceptional! I made sure to do the dishes, bag the trash and bundle the dirty linens, and that was it: checkout was a breeze. LOVE Temple is a treasure. Be sure to soak in every moment.
