Cozy and relaxing studio on the top floor of a charming, century old house. Only one mile from CSU campus and Old Town in a quiet neighborhood.
Enjoy your own private entrance, off street parking, private deck, shared backyard and shared laundry area. The space features a comfortable king size bed, bar height table, bathroom with shower, multiple sitting areas and kitchenette.
The studio has been completely renovated with quality finishes. Enjoy coffee from the Nespresso machine on the deck. Listen to records or enjoy a movie from your favorite streaming services.
Please note:
*There are multiple stairs to get up to the studio from outside.
*The interior space has sloped ceilings and some areas have lower than average ceiling height.
*The kitchenette contains a full sink, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, hot water kettle, combo microwave/oven and small refrigerator. There is not a full size oven or cook top so meal preparation is limited.
*All linens, towels and bath products are provided. The shared laundry area is on the main level.
