The condo association has a maximum capacity of 8 people, which counts kids above the age of 5. The condo association strictly enforces the occupancy code and you will be asked to leave, without a refund, if you exceed that amount.
Rental Restrictions - Condo Association requires at least a 7 day minimum stay. There is a 25% discount for monthly rentals.
Rentals are 30 days apart, we do not rent week to week.
There is no smoking in the unit or on the balcony/deck. The entire building is smoke free, there are designated areas in the front of the building, if you wish to smoke.
COVID - contactless check-in, you are provided codes for entrance, no need to check-in with a person. Access pool and beach by using the private spiral staircase off the private deck.
Our cleaning standards have always been above standard. All bedding is white and washed with hot water and bleach. Bed comforters are white and sent out for professional cleaning in between each rental. We have several comforter sets and they are alternated. Any throw blankets and towels are washed in hot water between rentals.
All surfaces, including appliances, handles and surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant.
