About this property

One story casita is spacious and luxurious. It is located in the Historic District and is a very short walking distance to the Plaza. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. There is a king sized bed, couch, hardwood floors, backyard patio and off street parking. Also included is Direct TV and Wi-Fi, refrigerated air, central gas heating and kiva gas fireplace.

Across the street is a 24 hour convenience store, Fed Ex, UPS and restaurants. De Vargas mall is a short walk away where you have a post office, Albertson’s grocery store, Sprouts groceries, Ross Department store, Starbucks, a CVS Pharmacy and more restaurants.

On your walk to the Plaza, you will find a Starbucks and various restaurants. The Plaza consists of art galleries, museums, an assortment of eating establishments, unique bars, coffee shops and plenty of shopping.

Also within walking distance is the Santa Fe Railyard which includes restaurants, bars, a modern movie theatre, and a rail runner which can take you to casinos and downtown Albuquerque.

why stay anywhere else?

This is our 3rd stay at Lynn's casita and it doesn't get any better! The house is bright, cheery and very well decorated. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Plaza and great restaurants are also close by. Each time we come to Santa Fe, we look forward to discovering new things and having the house so close to everything we want to explore is wonderful. So if you need a lovely home away from home, this is the place for you!

BEST place to stay in Santa Fe!

This was are 2nd time staying in Lynn's casita and I don't think I'd want to stay anywhere else. The house is bright, cheery, very clean and so convenient to all that Santa Fe has to offer. My husband and I like to walk so this casita offers a great starting and ending point from which to strike out and walk the downtown area. Whether going to the Plaza or Railyard district, even Canyon Road. There's plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even a major grocery store. I couldn't recommend it higher. It's a must stay!
